Return Policy We try to avoid returns by reviewing & taking orders by phone in the personal manner that we do now. Unfortunately, a return situation does occur every now and then. No returns beyond 21 days of purchase will be accepted. Depending on the product we are subject to the manufacturers
return policies. Re-stocking fees, re-boxing fees, return shipping charges
etc... Products must be returned in their original condition.
Poorly treated, assembled and disassembled or out of package products are not
returnable. All custom orders are not returnable for any reason. For electrical products. Due to the nature of the product, it can not be returned if it has been opened at all. This is due to the possibility of improper usage, which prevents the product from being restocked and sold. This is an "UN-opened" return policy, Only! Exceptions.... Manufacturers defects are always dealt with immediately and a replacement will incur no additional charges to the purchase. Shipping damage will be handled by the shipping company's regulation and inspection policy. Upon validation a replacement will be sent and there should be no additional charges to the purchase.
