The round chimney
caps are used for either a round clay single flue or a metal or
"double-wall" chimney system.
If your flue is below the crown ( the cement top of most chimneys ) or in
poor shape, in the case of the clay flue, the masonry round cap will need a
"leg kit" for proper installation.
